Hi All

Well we are halfway through the year! Where has it gone? “Unfortunately, the clock is ticking, the hours are going by. The past increases, the future recedes. Possibilities decreasing, regrets mounting.” If this quote isn't enough to get you to take the action you should have, whether in your personal life or career, this past 6 months, nothing will! Time wasted can never be recovered. I always say, our life is not a dress rehearsal. This is the real deal. We are on stage! The final act.

I always use the halfway mark of the year to take stock of the goals I set at the beginning of the year and my progress towards them thus far. Often I am shocked at how little I have achieved. It takes this realisation to get me to take massive action and advantage of the remaining 6 months to make up on the lack of progress.

As we enter the Juy intake period, it provides us an opportunity to make up for any shortfall in enrolments in January. I urge those in Sales (we are essentially all sales people) to put in a massive push in order for us to achieve our goals for July. Once again, if we hit these targets, our 2018 Conference will be guaranteed and will be a monumental affair! So lets not just focus on 1st year intakes but 2nd and 3rd year roll overs as well because they make up 50% of our students.

As today is Most Valued Person Award lunch, I congratulate in advance those who have been nominated and the winners! Well done guys, I am very proud of you! You live our values and are the glue that binds us all together.

Have great weekend!
